Kolonaki Group was established in 1999 and began importing one of Greece’s top bottled water brands Ioli Natural Spring Water. In that time we have grown into a medium sized Wine & Spirit agency representing brands from all over the world and always keeping focus on the evolving renaissance of Greek wines. This has only become possible with efforts from everyone on our team.
Meet the team
Wine was always a staple on Steve Kriaris' dinner table growing up. It’s even safe to even it is in his cultural DNA. His father emigrated to Canada from a small village outside Pylos in the lush wine-growing region of Messinia in Southern Greece. He brought with him family traditions and wine-making secrets that were handed down to him by his father, and generations before him. Steve grew up with the sights, sounds, and smells of winemaking at home in Toronto.
Thanks to her parents, winegrowers in Cognac, the wine and spirits industry has always been a passion for Florence. She did a Master’s Degree in International Business and Management in UK (Preston) and has she wanted to specialize in the luxury products and therefore did an additional Master’s Degree in France (Paris) in Marketing and Management of the luxury products. With over 8 years’ experience in marketing and brand management she has worked at Château Latour (Bordeaux 1st growth), Hennessy (LVMH), Courvoisier (Beam Suntory) and Meukow Cognac.
Zis Parras Ph.D. (French Wine Scholar, Level 3 WSET)
Brand & Market Analyst
With over 6 years of brand management and marketing experience in the Ontario wine industry, Zis manages all the Kolonaki Group retail brands. He combines his skills in statistical analysis with his passion for wine to maximize the growth of all our brands. Zis also shares his excellent teaching skills and profound knowledge of wine and wine-making by conducting training seminars and presentations.
Konstantinos Rampaounis (Fine Vintage Sommelier, Level 3 WSET)
On-Premise Sales Representative
Konstantinos is a highly trained sommelier with 15 years of experience in the restaurant business, impressive knowledge of food pairings and everything relating to wine and spirits. He manages our on-premise accounts, restaurant staff training, and coordinates our many trade shows and special events.
Olga Moltchanova MBA (Fine Vintage Sommelier, French Wine Scholar, Level 3 WSET)
Retail Sales Representative
Olga is the newest member of Kolonaki Group, joining the team in January 2016. She has an extensive background in advertising and brand strategy, and a profound love of wine enhanced by her continuing wine education. Olga's main focus is managing our brands in the retail channels, but she also works with on-premise accounts, conducts LCBO in-store tastings and actively participates in all Kolonaki Group trade shows and events.
Retail Business Manager
Christina manages all our non-alcoholic on-premise accounts and also performs our LCBO in store tasting.

Heidi has combined her love of wine and people to promote our distinctive products throughout Québec. Her enthusiasm and belief in our exquisite products are obvious from the first moment you meet her. Heidi has a strong work ethic—there is nothing that can stop her from achieving her goals! Our products' enhanced visibility and credibility are due to her passion and ability to start conversations about the exceptional quality of our products with Quebec wine writers, columnists and critics. Heidi is also a member of Vin au Feminin power group of female sommeliers.
On Premise Account Manager
With over for 30 years of experience in management with Hydro Quebec Michel is the most personable wine representative in Québec! Michel’s deep experience with the SAQ makes him an invaluable asset for the Kolonaki Group. In addition, he has dramatically increased sales of Fix beer and stocked restaurants across the province.
