Made with orgnaically grown Malagouzia and a small amount of Assyrtiko grapes. Fermentated with wild yeast and resting on it's lees with battonage for 5 months. One third was aged in oak barrels for three months. It is not filtered and does not undergo any treatment before bottling. The colour is gold with green shades. On the nose, complex, mature, with a particularly strong element of the Mediterranean herbs, chamomile, basil and mint. Yellow fruit, white and yellow flowers roasted lemon passion fruit nectarine spicy white spices with a mineral granite notes. On the pallat pungent with excellent flavour balance and very good acidity, greasyness, body, length and ranked it in gourmet wines.
