Goru el Blanco is made from Moscatell and Chardonnay grapes and are hand harvested at night when the grapes have reached the optimun ripeness and retain intense aromas. Each grape variety was fermented separately at low temperatures to preserve the intense aromas of each variety. Goru el Blanco has a shiny golden yellow colour, ample ripe fruit aroma with typical floral notes of Moscatel grapes. On the palate the wine has a full mouth feel, with a long finish. This is a great summer sipper and pairs very well with fish, shellfish, white meats, rice, pasta and cold meats.
