Kotyle White is based on Chardonnay, a variety which, although French, has been cultivated in the region for over forty years. Vinification and maturation for six months took place in new French oak barrels of 225 liters, in contact with lees. The character of the wine impresses with its complexity and intensity. The wine is ready to be drunk now but can easily be aged over the next 3 to 7 years. When drunk young it can be paired with grilled fishes, especially if grilled on charcoal, but also with rich and creamy dishes, such as pasta with seafood. After the wine has aged it can be matched with more intense dishes like white meats.
